timeandday provides free browser-based utilities such as a live clock, world clocks, calendars and holidays, countdown timer, stopwatch, and alarm clock.

The service is provided “as is” for personal and professional convenience. Features may change, pause, or end without notice.

You can use the core tools without creating an account. Preferences you save stay in your browser unless you clear them.

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to disrupt availability, reverse-engineer protected infrastructure in ways that violate law, scrape the site in a manner that harms performance, or use the tools for unlawful purposes.

Clocks rely on your device time and/or network time synchronization and time-zone databases. Sunrise/sunset and similar values are approximate.

Holiday calendars are compiled for convenience and may be incomplete or differ from official government sources. Always verify critical dates (travel, payroll, legal deadlines) with authoritative sources.

Browser alarms and timers only work while the relevant page/tab can run; keeping a tab closed, sleeping a device, or blocking audio may prevent alerts.

The timeandday name, branding, layout, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. You may use the site for its intended purpose. You may not copy the product wholesale, rebrand it as your own service, or remove notices without permission.

Links to maps or other third-party sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service — including missed alarms, incorrect time displays, or calendar inaccuracies.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the service in the past 12 months (currently $0 for the free web tools) or (b) USD $50.
